Lezzetli

Restaurant identity, menu & signage · Lezzetli Milli Mətbəx · Mardakan, Baku

Lezzetli — “tasty” — is a national-cuisine restaurant in Mardakan, on the Absheron coast. Everything at the table comes off charcoal, so the brand was built around it: a logo of raw steaks and fresh herbs, a hand-drawn menu in three languages, printed collateral, and finally a fabricated sign that glows red over the door. Identity, illustration, print and signage by pithart.

The mark

Two cuts of meat and a scatter of herbs, cut into a shape that carries an Azerbaijani ornament at both ends. Full color on the coals, one color for print.

The menu

A hand-illustrated chalkboard menu — mangal kebabs, tandir, plov, salads, seafood — set in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, so every guest reads the same page. Every dish drawn by hand in the same ink.

The table

What the guest takes home: business cards in two inks and a rubber stamp that marks bags, boxes and receipts — order@lezzetli.az on everything.

The wall

The identity left the paper: fabricated as a 3D sign of cut steel and red neon, mounted on the restaurant’s stone facade. By day it’s sculpture; by night it’s the beacon that says dinner is this way.
