E-Ticket

Electronic ticketing platform · Brand, product & web · Baku, Azerbaijan

E-Ticket is a turnkey electronic ticketing system: create an event, sell online, validate at the gate. We designed the brand and everything around it — the illustrated product ecosystem, a custom icon set, and the Azerbaijani-language web platform. It ran at real events, from Universal Hall in Baku to the K-1 World MAX Final Four. Design by pithart.

One tool, all steps

The positioning in a single picture: ticketing has a dozen moving parts — creation, sales, validation, accounting — and E-Ticket folds them into one pocket-sized tool.

A Swiss army knife with every tool opened, the E-ticket logo embossed on its yellow handle

The ecosystem

The product as illustration: handheld scanners, ticket printers, NFC wristbands, print-at-home and phone tickets — and the fight card for the K-1 World MAX Final Four in Baku, printed through the system.

Illustrated product set: barcode scanners, ticket printer, NFC wristband, iPhone with a K-1 ticket, stacks of printed tickets and the K-1 World MAX Final Four Baku ticket booklet

The icon set

A custom icon family drawn for the platform — scanners, turnstiles, tills, sales charts — speaking one visual language across web, print and hardware.

The platform

The web platform in Azerbaijani: a sunny login over a concert crowd, then the long story — what the system is, how a ticket is created, sold and checked, and nine technical capabilities from Facebook integration to 24/7 support.
